Anyone know how to use the gps real time car tracker TK102?

Im trying to figure out how I can get the tk 102 car tracker to track online.I entered my ip address and port number but it’s still not working
That’s what I don’t know how to do.I can’t get my computer to accept the sms

   Thet tracker works by sending SMS messages. You need to somehown get your computer to receive SMS messages, and import that into tracking software.
